    (IANS)

A page has been set up in the social network site facebook to reunite a thread bare teddy bear with its owner in Britain.

The light brown stuffed teddy, who has black eyes, a pink nose and stripes across his stomach, was found in a tea-room July 18.

It already has over 200 'friends'.

A caption reads: 'I've had a lovely day out, now I'm ready to go home.'

The Sun quoted Liz from the seaside town of Thorpeness, Suffolk, as saying: 'As much as he's having a great time in Thorpeness, he's ready to go home.'

'We are sure his small owner must be devastated at losing such a well-loved friend. We think he's adorable.'

The adorable teddy pleads on the page: 'I'm lost. Help me find my family.'
